My Fave: Gravity Pinot Noir

Deliciously complex layers of black cherry and currant with a hint of spice and earthiness.

Flat Rock Cellars' focus is clear and simple-make wine that truly competes on the world stage and enjoy making it along the way. They invite you to visit the state-of-the-art 5-level gravity flow winery, and soak in the spectacular views while sipping on a glass of their finest Pinot Noir, Riesling, or Chardonnay. The owner, Ed took us on a great tour and went through a tasting with us personally. Signed up for the wine club - it's perfect for us. You should join too!
