Thomas Bachelder
Q. What brought you to Le Clos Jordanne?
The floral perfume and tense minerality of Pinot Noir grown on a limestone bench. That is what Bourgogne is. And that is what Jordan is. The difference is our bench also has Niagara Falls falling from it! ;)
Journal Entry:
We learned that guests can book a tasting by appointment, however, we found their Pinot Noir at a funky spot called Zooma Zooma in Jordan. Yummy.
